G'morning y'all. ---> This was written few days back

Life's been pretty nice to me recently, hanging out with friends, getting a permanent job, blahblah.

I've learnt to appreciate the smaller things, like whenever i complain that my eyes're so small,
a thought would jolt me back to my senses: at least i have a face.

Hey, whatever works. It's the same for how my dad umm.gently belated me about clubbing
I may find him super annoying but at the end of the day,i'm still glad to have my parents around.

I've always had this subconscious thought/dream .

Corporate hotshot.
The kind that's always busy, putting in hellish hours, signing big contracts, shaking hands with other powerful CEOs, jetting around the world hahahaha.

And then..I'd have this mental image:

A businesswoman in a suit standing on top of a tall building in a Superman pose.

oh well. One can always dream, right?

a text from Alice yesterday made me laugh like crazy.

Alice:

Wth there's an Indian man sleeping lying straight on the floor in the middle of my
MRT carriage!

he got hauled off by the station staff, in case you were wondering LOL.

this was written over the weekend.

Now, for another topic.

My close (closest?) encounter with death yet.

Soooo my dad had an accident, involving literally falling out of the bus because the bus started moving while he was alighting. Not a biggie, few stitches and checking for concussion.

All the same i was quite shaken/worried by it.

And in the bed next to my dad there was someone dying, with a team of medical staff trying to resuscitate him, with the whole "zapping" him with the electro... ahhh. okay. defillibrator.
And so it ended with the nurse covering him with a sheet.

Being the drama queen i am, i got really disturbed by it and started bawling away once i reached home. but hey, life goes on aye.

I'm abit worried bout my dad though, about any hidden injuries etcetc. and of course, claiming the medical fees from SBS Transit.

tsk.

ME.

Go ahead, spill
