"I know that the emails and instant messages and posts that I’m reading are from another person in another time. They’re no longer who they used to be."

-Lena Chen, the chicktionary.

I sometimes follow her blog, and this recent post i read very aptly described how i feel towards people around me.

The people in mention are not just your friends or others, they also refer to ourselves as well. I mean, whenever i flip through my journals and read the stuff i write, sometimes i go: oh my godddd what made me write that?! BUT. i also find that i don't regret writing some of the stuff in there as well, and maybe I'll never regret writing some things too.

Recently i read a book 'Pool of unease' by Catherine Sampson.

I think i tend to prefer British writers more than other writers....HMMMMMM. this may sound very weird, but when i pick out a book from the library shelf i tend to look at the author's bio first to see if he/she is British. LOL, and this tends to influence my decision to read/ borrow the book.

There's just something about the English style of writing and humour that I like better, as compared to say, American authors.

Weird huh.

ME.

Go ahead, spill
